1. I have requested for the preparation of the required invoice to be delivered to the post office.
It is not my responsibility that the invoice was peeled off and the delivery of the product was stopped at customs.
It is a problem that I am not able to prevent.
Therefore, I cannot accept this evaluation.

１．I am sure that I did prepare the necessary invoice and handed it with the package to the post office.
It is not my resposibility if the package is held at the customs due to the invoice peeling away from the package. There has been nothing I could do to prevent all this from happening.
Therefore, I do not accept this feedback. Please would you remove this feedback?
