注文番号〇〇の中で一点だけ発送されていない商品があるのはなぜですか?FBA発送商品ではないのでしょうか？また、請求書の中でこの商品には送料がないのですが発送後新たに送料がかかる（請求額が変わる）ようになるのでしょうか？それと、同梱商品が個別の箱で発送されるようになったのはなぜでしょうか？出来れば全て一つの箱で発送してほしいのですが、、、。

Please tell me why there is an item from order number 〇〇 not yet shipped? Isn't it an item subject for FBA shipment? Also, I have noticed that shipping charges to this item is not indicated on the invoice. Does it mean that shipment charges will be added after the shipment (making the invoiced amount changed)? At last, what is the reason for items that should be enclosed within the same box are now shipped in separate boxes? If it's possible, I would like you to ship them all in the same box.
