件名：EIN番号を教えてください
件名に関しまして最近、米国で貿易に関連する法律の改正があったらしく、2,500ドル以上の商品に関してはEIN番号が無いと米国外に貨物を送れないらしいのです。
12/4に出荷していただいた商品合計が2,527ドルでしたので現在も日本に転送できずに大変困っております。
もし、EIN番号を教えていただけない場合は返送・返金してもらうことになってしまいご迷惑をお掛けすると思います。
ですので、EIN番号をお持ちでしたら早めにご連絡いただければ助かります。

Issue Name : Please let me know the EIN number.
It seems that the US has revised their law with regards to trading recently in relation to this matter and a product worth more than 2500 dollars cannot be sent outside the US without an EIN number.
The product that was shipped last 12/4 amounts to 2527 dollars so it is troubling that it cannot be transported to Japan.
If you won't be able to supply an EIN number than we would need to return the product and issue a refund so I apologize for the inconvenience.
So it would really help if you can let me know the EIN number if you have one.

goods the price of which is US$ 2,500 and over are not permitted to be exported from USA without the EIN number.
As the goods which you sent me on the 4tht December amounted US$2,527,we are having much troble that we cannot forward them to Japan.
Unless you tell us the EIN number,we might troble you to send back the goods and ask refunding.
We would be so happy if you reply soon to tell us the number.
