お問い合わせありがとうございます。郵便局で調査してもらいましたが、トラックナンバーがないため商品の所在は不明とのことでした。また、商品については既に発送してから1カ月経っているので、郵便局に保管されており、私どもに返却されるのでないかとのことでした。あさって、同一の商品をもう一度発送しますので、正しい住所をお知らせください。なお、今回の発送は、トラックナンバーつきでお送りしたいと考えています。発送しましたら、到着予定日とトラックナンバーをお知らせします。よろしくお願いします。

Thank you for your inquiry. Although I’ve requested an investigation at Postal Office, they were not able to locate the package because there is no tracking number. Since it has been already one month from the time it was shipped, the item is most likely to be kept at Post Office and will be return to us. We will be shipping the same item again the day after tomorrow. Please kindly inform us the correct address. We would like to send the package with tracking number this time. I will inform you the estimated delivery date and tracking number once it is shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you very much for your inquiry. We had the post office look into the matter, but as there is no tracking number, the location of the merchandise is unknown. Thank you for your inquiry. I have requested the Japan post to check the delivery status of the package, but they have told that they could not locate it because of no tracking number. Also, they have told that it might be held at your local post office and would be returned to us because it has already passed one month after it was shipped from Japan. Please let me know your correct address since we will ship the same item the day after tomorrow. And, I am thinking of using the mailing service with tracking number for this shipment. After shipping I will get back to you with expected delivery date and the tracking number. Thank you for your cooperation.
