少し時間をあけてしまいました。
素晴らしいマウスピースを提供してくれて本当に有難う。大変私の友人からも歓ばれています。日本は5月の初旬にゴールデンウィークと呼ばれる連休がありますが、それまでに再度追加でオーダーをしたいと思っています。チューバ用については今検討してますので、来週オーダーさせてください。一点相談なのですが。マウスピースに付属している外箱はありませんか？皆欲しがります。もしあれば、チューバ用をオーダーした際に一緒に送ってもらいたいのですが。いかがですか？

I managed to find a little time.
I'm really grateful to you for supplying such wonderful mouthpieces. My friends are also very impressed. Japan will be going into an extended holiday period called Golden Week at the beginning of May, and I'd like to get in an additional orderbefore that time. I'm looking into tuba mouthpieces right now, so I'll place an order next week. One thing I'd like to ask you about. Is there any kind of outer box that comes with the mouthpiece? Everyone wants one. If you have one, could you send it along with the tuba piece when I order it? Is that possible?

In Japan, there is a long holiday weekend called "Golden Week" in the beginning of May. I'm thinking of making another order before then.
Also, I am thinking of ordering tuba mouthpiece, possibly around next week.
Regarding the ones that you sent me, I am wondering if I could have their packages, too.
I'm sure I will make an order of tuba mouthpiece. So, I would appreciate if you could send them to me all together.

I have taken a time a little.Thank you for giving me a wonderful mouthpiece.Itis thanked by my friends.Japan in may have sequent holidays called"golden week".Until that,I would like to order additionally.I am thinking the mouthpiece for tuba,so please let me order next week.And I have a one question.Is there case attated to the mouthpiece?All wants it.If there is,I want you to send it when I will order the tuba.How about that?
