Please order with the specs on the file attachment. Can you send a softcopy of the order document with the digital signature from the maker once you make the order?
I have explained this to the customer and requested to wait until February for the delivery. And to avoid the customer from cancelling the order, we took $300 off (We almost reached the deficit value). It would be appreciated if you can possibly make it just enough to obtain your benefit.
