私は17 November 2013 12:22 amに関税が44￡なのか最終確認のメールを
送りました。
確認の返信がきてから関税の返金の準備をしていました。
しかし、バイヤーからは返信がありませんでした。
それなのにいきなりクレームの連絡がきて私は驚きました。
とても残念です。
当初関税は44￡と言っていたのに45￡に値上げったのも不思議です。
私は日本人としてしっかり最後までしっかり対応するつもりです。
関税の最終連絡をバイヤーから待ちます。

At 12:22a.m on 17 November 2013, I sent a final mail to confirm if the customs costs 44£.
I was preparing to refund the customs upon receiving the confirmation.
However, there was no reply from the buyer.
Yet a sudden claim was filed, which surprised me.
It is a pity.
It is also strange that, the initial tariff which he told me was 44£ has risen to 45£.
As a Japanese, I will like to respond to this genuinely to the end.
I will wait for the final response from the buyer.

On the 17 November 2013, at 12:22am, I sent a final email to confirm if the custom duty was 44￡.
After the confirmation email reply came, I had prepared the custom duties refund.
However, there was no reply from the buyer.
In spite of that, all of a sudden, I received a request, requesting for a claim and that surprised me.
It really is regretful.
I find it rather odd that the original custom duty was 44￡, but it was increased to 45￡.
As a Japanese, I will keep to my word and finish the correspondence until the end.
I will wait for the final custom duty contact from the buyer.
