After the confirmation email reply came, I had prepared the custom duties refund.
However, there was no reply from the buyer.
In spite of that, all of a sudden, I received a request, requesting for a claim and that surprised me.
It really is regretful.
I find it rather odd that the original custom duty was 44£, but it was increased to 45£.
