お買いいただいたフォードエクスプローラーですが、前の持ち主からの書類の到着が遅れたため、出港は12月4日になります。本来は、27日の出港でしたが、25日に早まったため、間に合いませんでした。既に書類は、手続き中ですので、再度遅れることはありません。また進捗状況をご連絡します。

Regarding the Ford Explorer that you bought, since the arrival of documents from the previous owner was late, it will be shipped on December 4th. Original date of dispatch was 27th, but it was expedited to 25th so we couldn't make it. The documents are already under process and will not be late anymore. I'll keep you infomed of the updates.

About the Ford Explorer you had bought, because arrival of documents from the previous owner was delayed so departure becomes 4th Dec.Originally, departure date was 27th but it was too early on 25th so it became late. We are making the document so there will be delayed again. Please contact about progress situation
