売り主は、状態は完璧である、と言っていました。
しかし、品物を受け取ったところ、小さいひび割れ、色あせ、ほこりがある状態でした。
セラーに伝えたところ、USPSのthe insurance paperworkを送る、とは言ってくれましたが、私は日本在住のため受け取ることができません。(品物はフロリダの転送業者経由で受け取りました)
私はセラーからの返金を希望します。もちろん、品物は返送する予定です。

The seller mentioned that the condition was perfect.
However, when I received the item, there are small cracks and color fading as well as dusty.
As I have contacted to the seller regarding the condition, he/she told me to send me the insurance paperwork from USPS. However, I was not able to receive it since I live in Japan. (I used forwarding company in Florida to ship the item to Japan. )
I would like the seller to refund the money. And, of course I am planning to return the item to the seller.

When I reported the seller about the condition, the seller responded to inform me that USPS insurance related papers would be sent. However, because I reside in Japan I am not able to receive it (I received the product via a forwarding service company that based in Florida.)

The seller said it was in perfect condition. But when the product arrived it had small cracks, its color was faded, and it was dusty. When I communicated this to the seller he said he would send USPS insurance paperwork, but since I live in Japan I'm not able to receive it. (The product came via a Florida-based mailing company.)
