For Order ID ●● an A to Z guarantee claim has been found in the buyer’s favor and a refund has been issued. The decision to reimburse an A-to-z Guarantee claim is made by our Payments department. If you wish to provide additional information related to this claim, please e-mail them at ●●@●●
If you believe that you shouldn't have been held responsible for the claim, submit an appeal to the claims team to reconsider the decision following the next steps:
1) Within the Performance tab in your Seller Central Account, click A-to-z Guarantee Claims.
2) The default view is for claims with “Action Required,” please select the option “Resolved: Option to Appeal”
3) On the following page a button will appear on the right to “Appeal decision”.

3)次のページではAppeal decisionの右側にボタンが表示されます。
1)あなたのSeller Central Accountのパフォーマンスタブの中のA-to-z Guarantee Claimsをクリックしてください。
2)最初の画面はAction Requiredを要求するものです。Resolved: Option to Appealを選んでください。
3)次のページの右側にAppeal decisionというボタンが現れます。
