製品Xに関しては添付した記録書を使用して下さい。
大きく修正した内容は以下の通りです。
ここに抜取検査結果の欄を新たに設けました。※1と※2に従って検査をし、その結果としてOかXのどちらかを記載して下さい。もしXだったら、とった手段などについて備考欄に記載して下さい。
3の記載内容に間違いが無いか確認して下さい。
7に＊を＃を追加した。
契約書の4条に従って、全ての必要事項が記載された記録書の写しを出荷の可否判定後に送って下さい。

We have fixed the record manual that was received last time.
Please use the attached record manual for Product X.
The contents with the most fixes are as follows.
I created a new field here for the sample test results. Inspect following *1 and *2 and put a O or X as the result. If it is an X, then please down the actions taken in the remarks field.
Please confirm if the contents of 3 is correct.
I added # for ＊ in 7.
And following article 4 in the contract, please send the record manual listing all the necessary information after determining if the shipping is allowed or not.

The column for sampling inspection is newly provided here. Inspect the item according to the ※1 and ※2 and fill either “O” or “X” as a result. If the result is “X”, please write the countermeasure you take into the remarks. Please confirm the contents of three items whether those are correct or not.
The “*” and “#” are added to 7.
After completing the judgment for the shipping, please send us copy of the record book filled with the necessary items according to the provision stated in the clause No. 4 of the contract.
