他の国の人はどうなのか知りませんが、日本人ならほぼ100%悪い評価を付けるでしょう。なぜなら、日本ではそういうことはあり得ないからです。


商品の品質はとても良いので、できるなら取引を続けたいのですが、ちゃんと連絡ができなければ難しいです。

しっかりと正直に連絡を入れると約束するなら、良い評価に変更し、今後も取引を続けたいと思います。

I understand where you are coming from. However, the problem is that you sent me a different color without contacting beforehand. You did contact me right as the item arrived though.

I don't know about other countries, but any Japanese would leave a negative feedback 100% of the time. In Japan, this is unbelievable.

The product's quality is great so I'd like to keep on purchasing from you, but if you are unable to make appropriate contacts, I'll have to think it over.

If you agree to inform truthfully beforehand, I will change the review and would love to keep up the business relationship with you.

I understand your situation.

The problem is, however, that you sent me different color items without any notification.
In fact, you contacted me right before the package arrived.

I am not sure how people in the other countries would react to this kind of situation but I am almost 100% sure that if the customer was Japanese, you would get a bad review. Something like this never happens in Japan.

Since the qualities of the products are really good, I would love to keep doing business with you but it will be hard if you can't communicate appropriately.

If you could promise that you will deal with us honestly in the future, I will change my review and keep the business with you.

What matters most is that you sent me an item of different color without asking me anything, though you contacted me just before it reached me.

I do not know what people from other countries would do, but this kind of thing would receive a negative feedback from Japanese customers for sure. Because in Japan, such a thing never happens.

The quality of the product is very good, and I would like to continue to deal with you. However, if you cannot make contact with me as I expect, trading with you is difficult.

I did understand what you wanted to say.


However, the most critical issue I have been pointing was that you have sent me the item with different color by your own decision without prior notice given to me, although I have informed about that right before the delivery of the item.

I do not know the customers of the other countries, but I am almost sure that 100% of Japanese may leave the negative feedback like this matter. Because, it is hardly happening in Japan.


I would like to continue dealing with you because of the items in a good quality, but I is hard to do so if the communication is always intermittent.
