この表は不良発生率に基づき、検査要否判断を行う為のものです。
不具合内容が重篤であれば検査を続けるべきと考えている内容です。

This graph shows each of the quarters from 2011 until last month.
As a result of making improvements, we have succeeded to decrease 80% from before we made the improvements.
We have decided to add to the original goals to deal with visual inspections in the same manner.
This problem was resolved through several telephone conferences.
We have succeeded in abolishing inspections in most categories by June.
This graph will enable us to decide whether or not to have inspections based on their defect rates.
If the defect is prominent, we believe that the inspections should continue.
