納期が遅れる件は承知致しました。いつ発送される予定か正確な日程をテイラーに直接問い合わせしていただく事は可能でしょうか？私達はお客様に今後の納期を伝える義務がありますので、何卒ご協力お願いいたします。10/9に注文したＡと、10/18に注文したＢは当初の予定通り納期は30～60日という事で間違いないでしょうか？
今週から来週にかけて、またいくつか追加で注文させていただきますので宜しくお願い致します。
中古品で構いませんので、Ｃをもしお持ちでしたら、売っていただけないでしょうか？

We acknowledge the item on the delayed delivery time. Can we directly ask Taylor on the exact date on when it is scheduled to be shipped? Since we have a responsibility to inform the customer on the future delivery dates, so we ask for your cooperation. So can you confirm that order A made on 10/9 and order B made on 10/18 will be delivered within 30 to 60 days as scheduled initially?
I also ask for your support as we will be making additional orders by this week or next week.
And can you sell us C if you have it in stock? It won't matter if it is a second hand product.
