本日をもちまして、退社させていただくことになりました。

I am resigning from a company today.
I have caused you many troubles while I was working with you but I have learned a lot of things. The time I spent here and colleagues that I worked with became great asset for me. I would like to inform you that I will be leaving this company as of today.
I’ve learn a lot of thing though I might have caused some troubles during the time I work here with you all. The time I spent here and the friends I made here are the greatest asset I earned.
