I placed an order to you after checking your website and calculation page to be sure that shipping cost to Japan is free. But I received e-mail about shipping cost and so on . It's really bad.

As I confirmed the shipping cost on the estimation window of your website, I found that the cost to Japan is free. Therefore I ordered. But I received your email asking the cost recently. That made me so disappointed. I would like you to cancel the order and reimburse the cost that I have already paid.

According to the Quotation from your company WEB ,It was saying that there is not any postage to Japan. Actually that was the point I decided to order. but I just received an e-mail regarding about postage yesterday. I was really disappointed about this thing.
