I'm a winning bidder of the item and it's been one month since I have completed the payment procedure, however, the item hasn't arrived yet.
Therefore, I assume that you are not willing to proceed this deal, I would like to cancel it.

It is now over one month since I settled the payment for which I won the auction
and I am still awaiting the arrival of it.
This should be regarded as you don't intent to transact business with me anymore. Thus, I would like to cancel it.

It has been more than one month since I won the bid of your commodity and completed the payment. However, I haven’t received the item yet.
