Please allow us to notice you that while you were in the process of making a resevation, our new promotion price just started. Please check the new price and make changes on your reservation. We are sorry but we are not able to make changes on you reservation as well as to cancel it ou our side.
日本語を読み間違えました。 that while you were in the process of making a resevation をfor the period covering the days you have made the reservation for にかえてください
