荷物がまだ到着しないようなのですが、いつごろ到着の予定でしょうか？
トラッキングナンバーで調べても追跡できないようです。確認してもらえれば助かります。
御存知の通り、日本は津波と原発事故で、かなり混乱してます。日本への輸送時間もかなりかかるようなので、少しでも早く出荷させたいです。

It seems that package has not arrived yet. Do you know when it will be arriving?
Tracking with tracking number does not seems like working. I would appreciate it if you could check it. As you know, Japan is pretty confused due to Tsunami and accident of nuclear power plant. It seems that transportation time to Japan takes quite a long time, so we would like to ship them as soon as possible.

I was informed that the parcel has not been arrived. Could you let me know when it is expected to arrive?
It appears that it is not traceable with the tracking number. I appreciate it if you can confirm where about.
As you may know, delivery service in Japan is rather chaotic. Also it takes much longer to deliver a parcel to Japan therefore I would like to get it shipped to Japan as early as possible.

The package doesn't seem to be arrived, but when will be arrived?
I assumed that I can't trace it even by checking the tracking number.
So, if you confirm it, it can be a big help.
As you know, we are pretty complicated because of tsunami and nuclear accidents.
It takes a lot to ship the products to Japan and I would like to ship them as soon as possible.
