領収書に書かれている住所の業者は、1つの出荷に際して、高さ４５ｃｍ、幅４５Ｃｍ、長さ９０ｃｍのＢＯＸに荷物を詰め込む形をとっています。1つの箱の重さの上限は２５ｋｇと指定されています。あなたのご報告では5つかそれ以上の箱に分けるとなっていました。私の推測では、1つの箱が10ｋｇ程度かと思いますので、この、業者から指定されている箱に、あなたに梱包してもらった箱が２個入りますでしょうか。それが無理であれば構いません。

The agent which address is on the invoice uses the box size of 45cm height x 45cm width x 90cm length for one shipment. Weight for one box is limited up to 25kg. You've told me that you will separate into 5 or more box. I assume that one box would weight about 10kg. I wonder if 2 of your boxes would fit into the agent designated box. It's all right with me if that is difficult.

It is no good to take risk of damaging the records therefore please do what you think is the best.
However, could you kindly let me know weight and size of your box?
Depending on its size and weight, I might need to ask you to ship them to different address in FL, not the one in CA that currently registered.
The different address is also approved one by the PayPal. I am sorry if this results in getting you to do extra work but I would like to choose the best option. Once I decide the best shipment address then it will be the same from my next order onwards. It is late at night in Japan but I will be staying up so if you could reply to me with information, then I will confirm address to be shipped straight away.
