この様な私のIは、私が思っている以上に非常に強い事に私は気づいた。乳児期以降の体験からIは強化され「助けを求めると叱られる」というBには、気づいていて自分から助けを求めるようにトライしてきた。このCsであまり軽減されない自分のERの強さの根深さに納得ができた。
関連するBをもう一度確認すると「助けを求めるのは私が不十分であり、不十分な私は悪である」というBも強くある事に気づいた。時折私は強く他者を批判し、PhDに入る。「助け」を巡るPで、あきらめない様に意図した場合

I realized that my I like this is extremely strong than I thought. From my experiences since infancy, I was reinforced and realized B of "I will be scold if I call for help", and have been trying to call for help of my own accord. I could understand rootedness of my ER strength which can not be reduced by this Cs.
When I reconfirm related B, B of "I call for help because I am incomplete and incomplete myself is an evil" is strong and I realized some things. Sometimes I criticize others hard then go into PhD. In case of intend not to give up about P concerned "help"
