The buyer sent a message stating that more than half of the CDs which were sent do not play.
I would like to give them $80 refund, but when I tried to make a refund, only up to $69.58 can be refunded.

The buyer complained that more than a half of the CDs I shipped could not replay.
I want to reimburse 80.00$, but it seems that the maximum of reimbursement can be 69.58$. (See attached pictures)
