なかのバインダーをはずして服などを固定するためのベルトです。
もしついていれば私に教えて下さい。
なぜかというと以前私に届いた商品についていなかった。
あとまえに送ってもらった商品に余分に保証書がついていました。
それは返却したほうがいいですか？

They are belts which are removed from the inside binder and are for securing clothes, etc.
If there are belts on it please let me know.
