上記の注文品を受け取り、作動していたのですが、ここ数日KAOSSが動かなくなってしまいました。どうして動かなくなったのか理由はわかりませんが、不具合品か欠陥品だったのではないかと思います。まだ保証書を持っているので、この問題の解決策として何をしていただけますか、例えば返金か、交換か、など．．．
