I received the above order in working condition but in the last few days the KAOSS is not working anymore, I do not know the reason its not working any more but can only assume it is faulty or defective, I still have my guarantee and would like to know what you can offer me as a solution to my problem, whether that be a refund, a replacement etc....

上記の注文品を受け取り、作動していたのですが、ここ数日KAOSSが動かなくなってしまいました。どうして動かなくなったのか理由はわかりませんが、不具合品か欠陥品だったのではないかと思います。まだ保証書を持っているので、この問題の解決策として何をしていただけますか、例えば返金か、交換か、など．．．
