このインボイスの内容だと商品が1点過剰して いる状態になっているので 在庫の管理で問題があります。申し訳ないので すが、1点過剰分の商品を消去したインボイス を作成して下さい。金額も過剰分が、記載して いるので経理上にも問題があります。また、サ ンプル生産に関してミニマムを伺いましたが 製品は展示会でオーダーした時点であなたから ミニマムの件は伺っていません。

This invoice indicates that there is one extra item and that causes a problem in the inventory management. I'm sorry, but would you send me a new invoive without this extra item? And the total amount includes the price for the extra item and that also causes a problem for accounting reasons. As for production of samples, I have asked you the minimum quantity possible, but I didn't hear anything about the minimum quantity possible of products from you when I made an order at the exhibition.
