当店でご購入頂きました○○の製品にステッカーが貼られてあり、剥がす際に跡が付いてしまったという事で大変ご迷惑をお掛けしました。

当店で出荷をする際には入念なチェックをして出荷をしておりますが、輸出の際に代行業者を経由しなければならず、その時に
何らかの理由で貼られたものと思われます。
今後このような事がないよう十分注意いたしますので、何とぞ御容赦くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

We're very sorry the (blank) you ordered at this store had a sticker affixed to it, and some residue got stuck to it as it was peeled.
At this shop, we check the contents very carefully when shipped, but when exported it must be done through and escrow agent, and we believe it was affixed at that time for some reason.
