All of the 17 pieces of the product arrived today.
Almost all are moving wonderfully.
However two brown-colored dials are not moving.
As discussed before, I will continue doing business with you.
These two pieces can not be sold, so they can only be sold at a cheap price.
Could you refund 50% of the price?

The 17 items arrived together today.
Most of them work fantastically.
However, 2 of the brown dials do not work.
As I have mentioned to you before, I purchase from you for business purposes.
These two items will have to be sold at a deep discount as junk items.
Would you be able to refund half of the purchase?
