A coach will not receive a passing score for establishing trust and intimacy with the client on the ACC exam if the coach demonstrates significant interest in the coach’s view of the situation than the client’s view of the situation, does not seek information from the client about the client’s thinking around the situation, does not seek information about the client’s goals regarding the situation, or the attention seems to be on the coach’s own performance or demonstration of knowledge about the topic.

コーチがククライアントの状況見解よりも、コーチ自身の状況見解に強い興味を示した場合、コーチがクライアントの状況に関する考えに関して、クライアントから情報を得ようとしない場合、コーチが状況に関するクライアントの目標の情報を得ようとしない場合、コーチの関心がコーチ自身の課題に関する能力や知識の実演に向けられていると思われる場合、ACC試験のクライアントとの信頼構築の合格点を取ることはできません。
