わざわざ２つのダンボールを１つにつなげて大きなダンボールにし、そこにびっしり商品がつめこんであった。重さは３０ｋｇ程あったと思う。緩衝材はダンボールの上部に少し入れてあるだけだった。配送物は割れ物なので丁寧に梱包するよう頼んでいたのに、あまりにもお粗末なやり方だった。もう1つのダンボールの中身は割れていなかったので、２つのダンボールを１つにするというような非常識なやり方をしなければ、私の商品は壊れなかったと思う。私はショックで商品を見る気も起らなかった。

The two cardboard boxes were joint together as one carboard box, and the items were cramed inside it. I think it weighted around 30 kg. The amount of the cushionings weren't many and they were only used around the top area of the box. I asked the item to be packed with care, since the item I asked for was fragile, but it was packed in such a poor way. The contents of the other box were not broken, so if you hadn't made two boxes into one box in such an insensible way, I think that my items wouldn't have been broken. I was so shocked that I could not even look at the items.

Products were shipped in one large carboard box, which was made from conbined 2 small carbord boxes. The large box was filled with products. The weight was nearly 30kg. There was only a little cushionings at the bottom of the box, even though I had specifically asked for careful packaging because the products were fragile materials. Other products in another carboard box were not damaged. I guess tat the damaged products would have been intact if they had not created a large box by attaching 2 small boxes - this is unbelievable. I was so shocked and did not wanted to see the products.

The 2 cardboards were merged together into a big one and the product was closely packed in it. It weighted about 30kg. There were just a little bit of cushioning material in the upper part. Since the product was fragile I asked it to be dealt with precaution but it was very ill-prepared. The other cardboard content was not broken so if they had not merged the 2 cardboards into one (which is very unusual), my product shouldn't be broken. Due to the shock, I hadn't the motivation to look at the product either.
