わざわざ２つのダンボールを１つにつなげて大きなダンボールにし、そこにびっしり商品がつめこんであった。重さは３０ｋｇ程あったと思う。緩衝材はダンボールの上部に少し入れてあるだけだった。配送物は割れ物なので丁寧に梱包するよう頼んでいたのに、あまりにもお粗末なやり方だった。もう1つのダンボールの中身は割れていなかったので、２つのダンボールを１つにするというような非常識なやり方をしなければ、私の商品は壊れなかったと思う。私はショックで商品を見る気も起らなかった。

The two cardboard boxes were joint together as one carboard box, and the items were cramed inside it. I think it weighted around 30 kg. The amount of the cushionings weren't many and they were only used around the top area of the box. I asked the item to be packed with care, since the item I asked for was fragile, but it was packed in such a poor way. The contents of the other box were not broken, so if you hadn't made two boxes into one box in such an insensible way, I think that my items wouldn't have been broken.
