I think the reason is in the packaging.
Since it was a long and narrow cardboard the head was inclined to the edge and right where the head was is where the damage is. From now on please put it in a square box with lots of cushioning so the head won't hit anything. I know this is a bother but please realize that Japanese customers are extremely picky in checking the details.You also won't have any losses if you reduce the number of problems they have. In the future, please place the items in a square box and include ample cushioning so that the heads don't contact one another.
