When it gets thick add lemon juice.
Transfer this into a bottle and the jam is ready.
Try make a cake using this jam.
Cut an apple into cubes, add butter and heat it in an oven.
Use a hotcakemix, eggs, the heated apple, add yoghurt and mix them together
Lastly, add the apricotjam and mix it lightly.
After putting it into a bakingform push cream cheese from above into it.
Bake it in an oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
It's done.
A sweet and sour, light cake is finished.
It is also tasty if you add bee honey.
