I told the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry that they conform to the ECE standard you answer, however, I was asked to file safety standard confirmation for each of the 20 helmets.
In this case, I cannot get your answer until I get a notice from the Ministry?
If I won't be able to get your answer even if I visit you, I will tell so to the Ministry.

Does this mean that you cannot provide the information unless Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry directly contact you?
