２１日を超えた場合には、わたしのところに商品は届かないです。

私はこの商品が気に入っており、
商品が届いたら、追加で購入する予定です。
あなたを信じて、8月4日まで商品が届くのを待つことにします。

Depends on my own experience, after the product has been shipped, it usually takes 10 to 20 days until I receive it.
If it becomes over 21 days, the product will not be delivered any more.
It's already been 17 days because your store has shipped the product on July 4th.
I really like this product and I have been planning to order more once I receive it.
I believe in you, and am going to wait receiving the product until August 4th.

From my experience, it takes normally 10 to 20 days from the placing the order to the delivery.
I have normally considered that the item will not be delivered if I have to wait the delivery for more than 21 days.
You have shipped the item on July 4, and it has been 17 days after then.
Since I am very much attracted to your item, once I receive it I will place the order again.
As I have the trust on you and I wait for delivery until August 4.
