商品XXXの大ヘッドが接触不良で動きません。替えのヘッドを送ってください。
また先日送っていただいた商品XXXの中ヘッドですがコードがなく使えません。

Since the big head for the item XXX has not been working due to lose contact, please send me the replacement asap.
And, the medium size head for the item XXX I have received recently, it cannot be used since the cord was not included with.
Because the cord has been broken apart, the necessary replacement has to be not only the head but also the cord for head.
