今回の場合ですとAさんに今回の商品をキャンセルして頂きその後で再度同じ商品を注文して頂くのが一番スムーズです。

あと現在返送されてきている商品には別途送料が掛かってしまいます。
まだ私の方ではその送料が幾らになるかは分からないのですが予想では20ドル前後と思われます。この内の半額にあたる10ドルをAさんに負担して頂く事は可能ですか？

In this case, the easiest way is to ask A to cancel the order for this time, and then after that reorder the same item.

Also, there will be an additional shipping service charge for the returned item. I do not know for sure how much the shipping fee will be yet, however I'm guessing it will be about 20 dollars. Would it be possible for A to pay 10 dollars, which is half the shipping fee?
