送られてきたスピーカーにカッターの傷跡がある。
送り主に問い合わせた所、傷はなかったそうです。
そちらで開封した時に、つけられた傷のようです。
売り物になりません。先日送られてきた模型も縦にダンボールに詰め込まれていた為に壊れています。御社の対応は悪すぎます。

There is a scar made by cutter blade on the speaker I received.

It looks like the scar was made at your end when it was opened.
I cannot sell this. Also the model I received the other day was placed upright in the cardboard box and it was broken. The way your company handle these matters is hedious.
