でも私は日本に住んでいますので、会場に出向くことができません。

I would like to participate in the bidding of the lot # xxx, which will be listed in the sales of "Antiques, Fine Art & Collectables" held at your company on June 29.
As I live in Japan, I will not be able to go to the site.
If it is possible to for me to bid earlier by mail or in other way, please kindly let me know how to do that.

Regarding the "Antiques, Fine Art & Collectables" you are going to host on June 29, I would like to make a bid for an item, lot #xxxx.
Unfortunately however, I live in Japan and cannot attend the auction.
If you would allow bidding from outside of your country, would you please advise how to participate?
