I appreciate your professionalism.
However, regarding 2 of the cobalt blue mugs, there are scratches and water smears that are so conspicuous that they cannot not be sold in Japan.
I would like to request a refund for these items.
If you need pictures for proof, I will send them to you.
I would like to continue to do business with you in the future, so I hope for a positive response.

I always appreciate your kind response, however,only two cobalt blue mugs have a few undocumeted ascratch and water dirt in pretty bad condition, they are not fit for sale in Japan.
I ask you for some repayment about this matter.
