It seems like detergent and very sticky.

Wheels are also wet, and I feel very bad about that.

Can you see the photo I attached?

The operation manual and product's body have become wet with some sort of liquid.

It is sticky like detergent.

The wheel section has also gotten wet. This is really unfortunate.

I would like a clean, new one.
