we can not translate literal translation because this sentence related to a description for a verse in Quran . if you like to understand this sentence you may read the verse in Quran which is "such of Our revelations as We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, we bring (in place) one better or the like thereof. Know est thou not that Allah is Able to do all things? (106"
in brief it means that whatever Allah shows in Quran that people thought it is copied that is wrong because Allah is able to change whatever his majesty like and Allah will give us the best for us to learn our religion
