以下、参考に２つのケースを挙げます。この作品は本国では2009年に発売されてましたが、その後世界各地で話題を集めその流れを受けて日本では約２年後に発売しました。日本での展開の際、ボーナス収録として日本人アーティストのカバー曲を制作したり、デザインを変えたりして商品を日本独自仕様にかえることで成功させました。このアーティスとは今回と手法がいますが、アーティストが雑誌と密接に結びついていたので、より雑誌との関係を強力にし、日本主導でアルバム制作を行い、大きな成功を得ました。

I'd like to cite two cases below as a reference.
This piece was released at home in 2009. Then it saw popularity worldwide. Complying with this trend, it was released in Japan two years later. When it was developped in Japan, they commercialized it successfully by changing its specs to an Japanese original specs like making a cover of Japanese artist as a bonus pack or changing its design. In case of this artist, the mehod we employed is different, but becase of the close connection beween the artist and a magazine, we enhanced the relationship with the magazine and also produced an album by our own initiative and then achieved a great success.

Here are two examples. This work has been released in this country in 2009, and two years after, it has also been released in Japan because of its popularity all around the world. It became very successful in Japan by making cover numbers by Japanese artists as bonus tracks and changing designs to make it Japanese original version. In another case, the artist was very close to magazine company, so that they made their relationship even stronger and Japan led the processes of album making to make a huge success.
