事情であるようです。

今回、関税の通過に2ヶ月を要するようです。
すでに、送付してから、一ヶ月近く経過しております。
ですので、もう一ヶ月程必要かも知れません。
荷物がお届けできないことをたいへん申し訳なく思います。
ですが、紛失したわけではありません。

According to them, the delay is due to something going on with Russian customs.
Currently your package is being held with Russian customs.
And it looks like it will be about 2 months for it to pass through.
Almost a month now has already passed since I sent it off.
So you might need about 1 more month.
I'm really sorry that there's nothing I can do to get it to you.
But at least it doesn't mean it was lost.
I think we just need to wait a little bit longer.
