今日、日本の郵便局の国際部に照会をとりました。
日本側の回答では、現在ロシアの税関検査がたいへん遅延しておるそうです。
また、ロシア郵便局のコンピュータサーバーが5月15日に火災に遭いました。
それにより、荷物が現在どこにあるのか調べる事が出来ないそうです。
私のPCからも、荷物が日本を離れた後の状況が不明です。

I checked with the Japan Post international division today.
Japan side answered that currently there is a huge delay in the customs inspection in Russia.
Also, there was a fire in computer server at Russian post office on May 15th.
Because of that they cannot locate where the parcel is right now.
I cannot confirm the status of parcel after it left Japan from my PC as well.

I have verified with the international division at the JP Service.
What I heard from them was that the process of custom inspection in Russia is very very slow now.
Also, there was a fire on the computer server at RP service on May 15th.
Therefore, they have lost track of where packages are now.
From my PC, I can't track the package after it left Japan.

Today, I inquired to international section of Japan post.
According to them, custom’s processing in Russia at present is very slow which is causing delivery delay.
In addition, because fire hit computer server of Russian post on May 15, Russian post does not have any idea on whereabouts of packages.
I cannot track package using my PC neither after departing from Japan.
