I am relieved to hear that the goods has been arrived without accident, and It's my pleasure to know you are happy very much. Did you need to pay customs duty on it? I was afraid because I got a comment from a postal officer that Canada is strict on import.

Wasn’t it customable? A post-office clerk told me that Canada’s custom duty was strict, so I was a bit worried.
Sama is Japanese honorific to attach to names of elders, superiors, customers and whoever we address a letter to.
San is a more informal honorific than sama and we use san with colleagues and friends.
