I shipped the item through the Japanese post office on March 28, then from the tracking number I confirmed that it was in German customs on April 1.
It seems as though it has been stuck there since then.
There is nothing I can do about this situation.
However, upon receiving a request from the buyer to cancel I wanted to be sure to respond right away.
I always want to do whatever I can to help the buyer.

Shipping off the order on March 28 via Japan Post, I have traced the parcel to go under customs clearance in Frankfurt, Germany, as of April 1.
