しかし、届いた品物は2つとも正常に動作しません。
ひとつはパワースイッチの故障です。電源が入らなかったり、電源が切れてしまうことがあります。
もうひとつは左チャンネルにノイズが出ます。ケーブルを交換してもノイズは消えません。
商品を交換していただけますか。
RMAナンバーを発行してくれたら、日本から商品を発送します。
交換品は米国の住所に送れっていただければけっこうです。

I bought two pairs of headphones through Amazon Payments.
However, neither of the headphones I received work properly.
One of them has a broken on/off switch. It does not turn on sometimes and the power cuts out.
The other one emits noise from the right channel. I changed the cable, but the noise is still there.
Would I be able to exchange them?
I will send them from Japan if you issue me the RMA number.
I do not mind if you send the new items to my American address.
