So in case of breakdown, please contact the manufacturer for a repair directly and they will take care of the issue. Therefore, you don't need to reach us in case of breakdowns or malfunctions.
When you'd like a service from the manufacturer, you will need the date of purchase and the name of the store printed on the warranty. So please check the enclosed shipping and purchase certificate with the product. Thank you.
