I am not able to pay because I don't have an American PayPal address.
But my delivery address for the item that I successfully bid is in the U.S., so if possible, can you change your PayPal setting to accept payments from outside the U.S. so I can make the payment?
If that is not possible, I would like you to cancel my bid.

As I don't have a Paypal address in the U.S., I cannot may payment now.
But the address to which I will send the item I got on the auction is in the U.S.
